Matcha Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
Went all the way to Jurong just to try the lava cakes! Especially the matcha one! Cos I love matcha soooooo much. Ordered the Taro and Matcha Lava cake.
Well, the matcha lava cake supposed to be paired with matcha ice cream.
I asked the staff if there will be matcha ice cream served with the matcha lava cake before confirming my order.... the staff said yes, which was why I ordered....
but sadly after waiting and the order arrived, she said there's no more matcha ice cream and she replaced it will vanilla D:
It would be so much better if she checked before telling me that the matcha ice cream was available :(
So disappointed haix.
But good that the lava cake is warm and the lava really flows out!

Anyway, just now baked shortbread! :D  This is the second batch I made today. 9 pieces in one batch. Today made 2 batches so total 18 Shortbread cookies! Hahaha the recipe is perfect! My brother ate a lot haha. Yummy. Actually made one is of star shape but bake then come out become diamond shape? I love this recipe.
